HOW TO GET TO THE PRAGUE CONGRESS CENTRE
From Prague Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží):
By Metro: Take the C Line (Red) from Hlavní nádraží in the direction of Háje. Get off at the Vyšehrad station (2 stops). The Prague
Congress Centre is a short walk from the Vyšehrad station.
From Prague Airport (Václav Havel Airport):
By Bus and Metro: Take the Airport Express (AE) Bus to Hlavní nádraží. From Hlavní nádraží, follow the metro directions above.
By Taxi: A taxi ride from the airport to the Prague Congress Centre takes about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.
Does the registration fee include free public transportation?
The Prague Convention Center and Prague Transportation Company are offering free public transportation passes for the duration of the entire congress to all registered participants who have registered and paid their registration fee by 2 May 2025.
Registered participants will receive an email directly from Prague Transportation Company containing a QR code (ticket code) and instructions on how to activate the free public transportation pass and use it in the PID Lítačka (https://app.pidlitacka.cz/) application.
Public transportation in Prague is free for people over 65 years old, including those from other European countries. This includes buses, trams, and the metro. However, you might need to carry an ID or passport to prove your age if asked by a ticket inspector.

What is included in the congress registration fee?
Registration fee for the participants includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to poster and technical exhibition

- Free public transportation ticket for the duration of the congress if you have registered and paid until 2 May 2025
I won't be able to attend the 10th World Congress on ADHD on-site. Is virtual attendance possible?
This year's congress is an on-site event and won't be live streamed nor recorded. If you can't attend this year's congress, we hope to welcome you to the 11th World Congress 2027 in Cape Town, South Africa (3 - 6 June 2027).
I would like to become a member of the World Federation on ADHD. How do I apply?

Your login details consist of your e-mail address and a password you assigned for yourself during registration. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Reset password”.
I also booked an Educational Seminar and/or Meet-the-Expert Session. What do I need to know to attend?
Educational Seminars and Meet-the-Expert Sessions are only available during the live congress. Each 60-minute session is composed of one, respectively two lectures and is followed by a discussion. To facilitate coordination, attendance is limited. Registrations are handled on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. Registration fee per session: EUR 60. Only valid in combination with the congress registration fee.
What happens if my registration fees are not fully paid?
You will not be able to receive your name badge at the registration counter or badge-print-out station and will be asked to pay the outstanding amount or present proof of payment. Please make sure to check your account whether your registration is fully paid before the congress starts.
If you did not pay your registration fee yet: Please log in to your account at the congress website www.adhd-congress.org in section “My Congress” with your e-mail address and your password and go to “Bookings”. The outstanding amount needs to be paid by credit card or bank transfer (only until 1 May). We strongly encourage credit card payment after 1 May 2025.
Do you offer free WiFi at the venue?
Free Wi-Fi is available at the Prague Congress Centre.

Which catering is included in the congress registration fee?
Coffee and tea are served during the designated coffee breaks, free of charge to all registered participants in the exhibition area.
Refreshments and snacks can be bought at the catering outlets on the 2 nd Floor in the exhibition area.

Guided Poster Tours and Early Career Scientist Symposia
What do I need to know about the Guided Poster Tours?
All accepted posters are displayed in the Congress Hall Foyer 2B (2 nd Floor). Posters are organized by topics into 27 guided poster tours (P-01 to P-27) which are numbered within these topics. During Poster Tours the first authors will be present to explain their work and answer questions. Each Guided Poster Tour is chaired by an ADHD expert.

Posters which have not been removed within the indicated time schedule will be removed. The entire poster can have a maximum size of 147 cm high x 97 cm wide (portrait style). The poster does not necessarily have to fill the entire working area. Poster authors are requested to use the adhesive material provided by the congress staff only.
Will the congress award Best poster Prizes?
Each chair of a Guided Poster Tour chooses the best poster of the respective tour. These posters are displayed in the exhibition area in the Congress Hall Foyer 2B on the 2 nd Floor. Among those, the Poster Committee will select six winners. The authors of the six best posters will be awarded during the last plenary session, with a certificate and a prize money of 500 Euro.
Poster Awards will be awarded on Sunday, 11 May, at the beginning of the Grand Round.

Will there be any Early Career Scientist Awards?
Two awards will be given for the best presentations in recognition of outstanding research in the two Early Career Scientist Symposia. One symposium is dedicated to Joseph Biederman (†) and the second to Joseph Sergeant. Each comprising four 20-minute lectures and chaired by recognized experts for the featured topic who select the best presentation in each case. Awardees will receive a monetary grant worth EUR 1.000 and a certificate. Everyone else gets EUR 300.
Early Career Scientist Awards will be awarded on Sunday, 11 May, at the beginning of the Grand Round.

If you did not register by yourself you should have received an account activation e-mail to your e-mail address with the request to activate your account and to assign a password for yourself. You will be able to add Educational Seminars and Meet-the-Expert Sessions to your registration. Should you have any further questions, please contact adhd2025@cpo-hanser.de.
As an invited speaker or chair, do I need to register via the website?
No, you don’t have to register via the website. You have already been registered free of charge by the Congress Office. You have received an e-mail prior to the congress to activate your account.
I am an invited speaker - how, when and where do I upload my slides?
Speakers will be invited to upload their slides prior to the congress. Uploading them online is the easiest way to submit your slides. If you have done the upload already and need to make a change in the presentation, please notify the Congress Office at adhd2025@cpo-hanser.de. If you are not able to upload your slides online prior to the congress, there will be a Speakers’ Centre at the venue for last minute submissions.

I am an invited speaker - can I deliver my presentation remotely?
All presentations are planned to be delivered in person and exclusively on-site in Prague.
Are there any industry sessions planned during this congress?
Yes, the industry will present their new findings and products in the field of ADHD. All industry sponsored sessions can be attended by paid delegates. Industry sessions do not belong to the scientific programme. CME points cannot be obtained for sessions sponsored by the industry.
Do I need to pay an additional fee to visit the Industry Exhibition?
No, the Industry Exhibition can be visited free of charge for paid delegates. Make sure not to miss the Networking Reception on Thursday, 8 May 2025 starting 20:30 CEST on the 2nd Floor in the Congress Hall Foyer 2A and 2C.
What are the opening hours for the Technical Exhibition?
The 10th World Congress on ADHD will be accompanied by a technical exhibition taking place on the 2nd Floor in Congress Hall Foyer 2A and C from 8 – 10 May 2025.
